Assessment Center

An Assessment Center is a group selection procedure within the framework of human resource recruitment. For this purpose, several candidates are invited to complete certain exercises and tests, either as a team or individually. In this way, an employer can see what strengths and skills the candidates possess, for example, whether they are team players or demonstrate the necessary leadership skills, and who is the best match for the position.
