Interim Management

An interim manager is a self-employed manager who works for a company for an agreed or planned period of time (usually 3 to 18 months), predominantly in a leadership position. They are primarily contracted in response to special corporate circumstances such as reorganization, restructuring, bankruptcy, site closures, crises, introduction of new standards as well as new products and programs, realignment, cost reduction programs, corporate acquisitions, or divestments.
