Junior executives

Junior executives are employees who are making the transition to their first management position in a company. A distinction can be drawn between two groups. The first group includes those who have little practical professional and managerial experience and are being promoted through trainee programs. The second group consists of employees who are already working in the company and who are recommended for a position as a junior executive on the basis of their corresponding leadership skills and exceptional successes.
