New Placement

New placement or outplacement is the term used to describe career reorientation consulting. The aim is to enable employees to re-enter the workforce as quickly as possible after their employment has been terminated. In this context, the person receives coaching, which helps him/her to prepare for the future application process and thereby find a new job.
