Jennifer Reishofer

Jennifer serves as Operations Manager at Reckers & Griesbach and likes to describe herself as an “all-rounder.”
.” She originally comes from the events industry, where she completed her specialist qualification and instructor certification. When the pandemic brought the events sector to a standstill, new opportunities emerged—leading to her first role as Operations Manager at a real estate finance company.

After more than seven years with her previous employer, Jennifer is now looking forward to a new and exciting field in executive search. Her strengths and interests lie in organizing and optimizing business processes, as well as efficiently coordinating subcontractors and external service providers.

Do you have a motto that also guides your daily work?

Absolutely! I strongly live by the motto: “I don’t have to know everything—but I’ll figure out how it works.”

What is your most important personal skill?

Honest, open, and positive communication with people. I enjoy connecting people and getting the best out of any situation.

What motivates you every day?

For most of us, the workplace is where we spend the largest part of our time. That’s why it’s important to me to use this time meaningfully—with good collaboration and a harmonious work environment. If I can help my team work successfully and feel comfortable doing so, that’s a great source of motivation for me.
