Recruiting is, among other things, a question of time and therefore requires clearly structured processes. We see our responsibility and the success of a search not only in filling a position, but also in keeping the process as lean and transparent as possible for everyone involved.

From extensive preparation to the completion of a search, we follow a clearly structured process that is oriented towards objectives and is always managed transparently and proactively by us.

Phase 1: Preparation

Our process starts with the proposal phase and a thorough analysis, in which we work with you to develop a detailed requirement profile for the position to be filled and align our search strategy accordingly. This phase includes a comprehensive analysis of the corporate culture, strategic objectives, and specific requirements for the executive. It is crucial that we develop a deep understanding of your company to design and conduct an effective search.

Phase 2: Research

With a clear understanding of your requirements, we begin to identify potential candidates. The research is in-depth and uses both publicly available information and the extensive network of our consultants. We value diversity, think outside the box and remain focused on your requirements.

Phase 3: Approaching candidates and conducting interviews

Parallel to the identification of potential candidates, the approach phase takes place. In initial screenings, we evaluate the professional qualifications, motivation to change jobs and general conditions of potential candidates. We coordinate the results and findings closely with you, and then arrange personal interviews between us and the candidates. In the individual interviews, we focus on personal skills, competencies and cultural fit.

Phase 4: Presentation of the shortlist

At the end of our interviews, we present you with our shortlist of candidates in the form of detailed profiles that summarize their professional experience, personal skills, and motivation. Together with you, we plan the interviews between you and the candidates and support all parties involved throughout the entire process. Phase 5: Conclusion and integration

Once the interviews have been completed, we moderate the contract negotiations and remain in close contact until the candidate starts and beyond. We also offer support with the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration into the company.

We don’t focus purely on years of experience and the “perfect” technical fit, but rather on people and their competencies.
