About Fabio Prodan

Fabio Prodan

Fabio is an Associate at Reckers & Griesbach. He trained as an educator and studied social work in Frankfurt. In his professional career to date, he has worked in various areas of social work and gained a wide range of practical experience – from working with children to psychosocial counselling.

Most recently, Fabio was employed at a private business school, where he was responsible for conducting assessment centres and interviews. Thanks to his diverse professional background, he has a keen understanding of people, development processes and selection procedures. He now applies this experience in a targeted manner at Reckers & Griesbach. Fabio is fluent in German and English.

Question 1: What has been your biggest learning experience in recent years?

My biggest learning experience in recent years has been the importance of appreciative and transparent communication. It helps me to have effective and empathetic conversations and consultations with colleagues and partners. I also think it’s important to accept feedback and criticism so that I can improve myself.

Question 2: What would you like to share with your customers, partners and clients at this point?

I always want to cultivate respectful relationships through empathy and openness.
Good communication and my willingness to achieve the best possible results are the cornerstones of our collaboration.

Question 3: Do you have a motto that can be traced back to your daily activities in the company?

‘What goes around comes around’ – if you want to be treated in a friendly and open manner, you should always start with that yourself. This applies to both your professional and private life.
