Question 1: What has been your biggest learning over the last few years?
The most important realization of the last years: I have learned that it is important to go your own way – without being too being guided too much by external expectations. Change and progress count more than perfection. It’s the small, steady steps that lead to long-term success and genuine happiness.
Challenges are not obstacles, but valuable opportunities to grow. The decisive factor is how we deal with them – even if this is sometimes is anything but easy.
Question 2: What is your personally most important ability/skill?
My greatest strength is my adaptability – I adapt quickly to new situations and challenges. My analytical thinking helps me to solve complex problems in a structured way and make good decisions. At the same time, a large portion of empathy enables me to put myself in other people’s shoes and build valuable relationships. This combination of flexibility, strategic thinking and interpersonal sensitivity is the key to success for me.
Question 3: How or what motivates you daily?
I draw my motivation from various sources: The Relationships with the people around me give me strength, inspiration and the necessary peace of mind – be it through valuable conversations, shared experiences or
mutual support. Personal growth is a constant driver for me. I love developing myself further, learning new things and surpassing myself. I am also motivated by successes, whether big or small – they
they show me that it’s worth sticking with it.
