Linda Winter

Linda is an Executive Assistant at Reckers & Griesbach and has more than ten years of experience as an Executive Search Assistant.

Her focus is on providing administrative support to the managing directors and the entire team.

After training in the top hotel industry, Linda completed her hotel management degree and further training as an HR specialist (IHK) before working as an executive assistant in an international consultancy. She speaks fluent German and English.

Question 1: Your personal most important ability/skill?

I work with foresight and usually manage to identify potential problems and seek solutions before they even arise.

Question 2: How do you motivate yourself or what motivates you every day?

My motivation is to support my team members so that everyone can concentrate on their core competencies and tasks. I am also driven by the very high quality of our work and service.

Question 3: What has been your biggest learning over the last few years?

There is no point in thinking in terms of problems. If you pursue a common goal, you will always find a solution and communication is the key here.
